Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Google Analytics 4 reports how visitors use the site, and Google Tag Manager loads those tags. Our Google Ads conversion tag records when a visitor sends the quote form or calls the number shown in our ads, so we can see which ads produce quotes. Call tracking records where calls came from, and form and call details are stored in our lead system.

Enhanced conversions. For our Google Ads conversion tag, the email address and phone number you enter on a quote form are hashed (converted into a short code that cannot be read back) and sent to Google with the conversion. Google matches the hashed code against its own records so it can show which ads lead to quotes. The values stay hashed in transit.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google Ads Settings and Google Analytics opt-out tools let you control personalised advertising and measurement. Blocking cookies does not stop you requesting a quote.

Data Retention

We keep quote requests, booking and service records for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet tax, insurance, and legal obligations. Aggregated analytics data is kept by Google for the retention period set for our property. You may ask us to delete your details, and we will keep only what we must.
